1- Reservations

• - Your reservation requests can be made by phone, e-mail or fax.
• - As soon as we receive your reservation request and once confirmed, we will send you an acknowledgment of your reservation for the desired period and a reservation form, this is to be filled, signed and send it back by the client.
• - Your reservation will be considered as definitive, only when we receive a written reservation imply and when a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount has been received within 15 days, in our bank accounts, as deadline date for confirmation.
• - For reservations which are made a month before the arrival date, the total rental price must be confirmed in advanced.
• - Regarding settlements, which are made via bank transfer, our agency, must receive a copy of the bank transfer via fax.

- General Terms of this rental Contracts are effective from the date we receive your rental deposit or the total payment depending on the case.
- Maison & Tradition agency is entitled to cancel, any reservation whose the deposit or the integral payment was not received or confirmed within 15 days after the confirmation date.

2- BALANCE PAYMENT

The remaining balance payment must be honoured 45 days before the arrival date. For reservations that are made 45 days before the arrival day the entire rental amount must be received on the confirmation date issued by Maison &Tradition.

3- CANCELLATION MADE BY CLEINT

Cancellations made by the clients, for any reason, are subject to indemnities, depending on the date in which Maison&Tradition receive this notice:   

- More than 60 days before the date of the beginning of the rental: - 10% of the rental price.
- From 60 to 45 days before the date of the beginning of the rental: - 30% of the rental price.
- From 45 to 15 days before the date of the beginning of the rental: - 75 % of the rental price.
- Less than 15 days before the date of the beginning of the rental: -100% of the rental price.

These indemnities are calculated at the base of the rental price

4- CANCELLATION MADE BY MAISON&TRADITION

For Any cancellation or change of the rental of a confirmed reservation, made by Maison&tradition, the client will be notified via a written notice that entitles him to have a total refund of the amounts paid earlier. 
As far as possible, Maison&tradition will propose an alternative rental, of the same category or better, without any change of the initial rent price.

5- AVAILABILITY OF THE RYADS

The Ryad is made available for client, as soon as they check in, and it must be freed the day of departure at 12:00.In case of a late departure, the luggage left to the flight attendant of the Ryad until the time of departure.

6- RESPONSABILITIES

Maison&tradition and the rented Ryad administration decline responsibility in case of break or failure of public utilities such as water supply, electricity, phone...Etc, or for any direct and indirect consequences of these disturbances.
The children who are present in the house are under the responsibility of their parents and must not, in any case, stay alone with no parental surveillance.

7- RYADS OCCUYPANCY

Only the persons, who have submitted a reservation request and were confirmed by Maison&Tradition, can occupy the Ryad. In case of change, the client must give notice of the number of extra persons and communicate their identities. A non-respect of this clause would lead to an immediate rescission, with no rental indemnities.

8- PHOTOGRAPHIES

Photographs taken in rented properties must not be used for free or lucrative reproduction aims, without a written or direct agreement of Maison&Traditions.
